Enterprises and partners of Corporation OJSC «South West Road Construction Company» ….and other companies of Ukraine Construction of motor roads, aerodromes and runways is one of the key directions of the activity of "Zoloti Vorota" Corp. This direction is developed by "South West Road Construction Company" (Vinnitsa) and "Stroitelnoe Upravlenie No.813" (Simferopol). The work on projects is performed actively and in a short space of time due to the location of business-units of Corporation mainly by "Uzhgorod Road-Construction Department №58" (Uzhgorod), "Specialized Construction Department №921 Aerodorstroy" (Kharkov region), "Ivankovo Road Construction Department №39" (Kiev region), "Mukachevo Bridge Construction Department №6" and "Mukachevo Road Construction Mechanization Department №3" (Zakarpatye region). The biggest road construction company in Ukraine, OJSC "South West Road Construction Company" was established in 1993 upon transformation of "Vinnitsadorstroy" motor roads construction and reconstruction trust. Affiliates of the enterprise are located in Odessa, Cherkassy and Khmelnitsk regions. Its regular projects are performed in Cherkassy, Zakarpatye, Vinnitsa, Khmelnitsk, Lvov, Rovno, Ternopol, Odessa, Zhytomir regions and involve highways, local and public roads. Today this company is the only Ukrainian enterprise handling with the cold recycling technologies which provide homogeneous base for road carpets. OJSC "Stroitelnoe Upravlenie No.813" (SU-813) was established in 1941 based on the facilities of Ministry of Internal Affairs armed forces and transformed into SU-813 Open Joint-Stock Company in 1998. The key type of activities involves construction and reconstruction of runways, steering runways, parking ramps, motor roads, including highways. SU-813 is the only Ukrainian enterprise to handle with the technology of high-speed cement concrete pavement production. It involves powerful cement concrete plants operating at the capacity up to 200 m³/hour and featuring automatic operation systems, as well as base wide-cut profilers and concrete spreaders with floating moulds allowing to lay pavements as wide as 7,5 - 15 meters and up to 50 centimeters thick. "Stroitelnoe Upravlenie No.813" was recognized a leader of the national business-training in 2006 – II place according to the total score in the following nominations: "Realized production capacity", "Net profit", "Productivity of work", "Salary" in the field of road construction. This year Council of experts of the International image program leaders of the "XXI century" highly evaluated work results of the "Stroitelnoe Upravlenie No.813" and noted it as the prize-winner of the National Ukrainian rating "The Best Companies of Ukraine". Production of concrete and asphalt concrete mixtures and production of concrete and ferro concrete articles for road construction is realized by Stolichny asphalt concrete plant affiliated to Zoloti Vorota Corporation. Stolichny asphalt concrete plant was founded on the background of "Gordormost" trust in January 1948. Since then the plant has significantly expanded the scope of its activities and services. The enterprise owes its unique features to the combined production of ferroconcrete mixtures and structures. The enterprise covers the area of 17 hectares. It comprises two production lines where asphalt concrete mixtures, along with ferroconcrete and concrete structures are manufactured. Besides there are mechanical- and electrical- repair departments, two concrete-mixing units, motor depot, access railway tracks with two upper platforms, boiler room and laboratory in place. Town-planning direction is performed by the same name company CJSC "Zoloti Vorota", CJSC "Sevastopolstroy" and CJSPCC "Sevastopolzhylstroy". CJSC "Zoloti Vorota" began its development in early 1992 with the first Ukrainian cottage communities and town house projects in Kiev suburban areas. "Zoloti Vorota" Corp. has won general recognition due to the projects that became characteristic for Ukrainian market: "Zoloti Vorota" Corporation owes its success and competitive advantage in town planning to the project method of construction management. Up-to-date project management techniques in the new projects of "Zoloti Vorota" Corporation are implemented by specialists following international standarts but each of the estates under construction fits into a unique territorial and architectural concept, yet all of them meet the key objective – providing maximal convenience for the future dwellers. The results of "Sevastopolstroy" Company show that high professional specialists work in the company and the main advantage of the company is the permanent strive for improvement, studying and introduction of new technologies. "Sevastopolstroy" trust was reorganized in 1999 into Closed Joint-Stock Company, underwent hard times but at the same time it has preserved the collective and productive capacities for today’s projects. The company was founded in 1944 and performed at that time the primary task – restoration of Sevastopol. Since 1975 house-building centre has been established. Later on in 1989 the centre was reorganized into project-construction corporation "Sevastopolzhylstroy" and since 1992 into closed joint-stock project-construction corporation. The specialists of the corporation can realize the construction projects not only in Ukraine but they also have the license for construction in Russia. The concrete plant being the part of the corporation provides with all necessary production promoting the construction. Besides it was the first plant in the Crimea where the production of special constructions for tanks started. For the time of its existence "Sevastopolzhylstroy" has built and put in commission more than 1.2 millions sq. m of houses as well as tens of different objects. Planning institute «GrazhdanProject» The main architect of the institute is the Chief architect of the General the development plan of Sevastopol till 2005 being confirmed by the Town Council of Sevastopol on 13.12.2005. Specialists of the institute were awarded diplomas of CJSC "CrimeaNIOproject", State structure of Ukraine and they also own diplomas of different competitions. The company "Viadukt" was founded in October 2007. The directions of the activity of the company are construction, reconstruction, bridge overhaul and other transport constructions, construction of body bridges according to exclusive projects.
