Town-planning direction of the business of Corporation “Zoloti Vorota” began its development in 1993 from realization of the first in Ukraine projects of cottage communities in the suburban areas of Kiev.
Corporation “Zoloti Vorota” has won general recognition due to the projects that became characteristic for Ukrainian market:

• “Zoloti Vorota” premium class cottage community in Koncha Zaspa,
• business-class housing estate in Podgortsi.

Today the Corporation is a certain leader in this segment of dwelling building. Best cottage communities in Ukraine have the status “Zoloti Vorota”.

Project “Hills Alpiyskaya Derevnya” is the second line of the existing community “Zoloti Vorota” in Podgortsi. The total square of the community is 14 hectares.

Non-traditional for the near Kiev suburban areas hilly landscape and clean natural lake situated on the territory prompted to the idea of the construction of the second line of the community in the unique architectural style “chalet” in harmony with the architecture of  mountain areas of  Swiss and Austrian Alps.

Project in Podgortsi is realized in the form of the comfortable closed community of the family type with the city level of comfort equipped with all necessary engineering systems and communications. On the territory of the community function already native operational service and security service, promenade zones, a beech, a tennis-court and a playing ground are built.

“Konyk” is situated in Goloseevsk region in Kiev. Originality of the project lies in the absence of analogs to the present complex in the city boundaries.

The complex with the total area of 11,7 hectares is situated in the ecologically clean zone near good road junction and borders on the reserve on the bank of Dnepr.  

The architectural concept of the project foresees division of the complex into 3 parts:

1)       individual cottage development in KIZ Konyk

2)       4-storey club house with underground parking

3)       trade-office centre (sport complex, bank, supermarket)

“Zolota Zatoka” is a unique community of de luxe class situated in the prestigious region Koncha-Zaspa (6,5 km of big dam on the bank of  Dnepr.). The total square of the development is 60 hectares. Farmlands – from 0,28 to 0,83 hectares.

Project “Balaklava” is the first project of “Zoloti Vorota” Corporation in the Crimea. Excellent location of the area of 7,7, hectares at mouth of  Balaklava bay in Sevastopol creates all prerequisites for the successful project realization of the cottage community oriented first of all to the owners of yachts. At present the project is at the development stage of  concept and planning.
